Our team delivers, networks, and configures each device, then services the whole fleet as a set, so your people can get on with their work.

Toner is included, so you never have to reorder

Toner for the machines on your fleet is part of the arrangement. Your staff don't need a second supply account for cartridges, and when one runs down, the replacement belongs to the fleet rather than showing up as a separate purchase.

The people who work on your machines are based at our two locations, 1365 Boundary Rd. in Vancouver and 1440 Ingleton Ave. in Burnaby, not at a call centre in another province. Both locations answer the same phone lines, so one call reaches us either way.

One bill, based on the pages you use

The meter on each machine counts the pages your office prints, and that count is what your bill follows. Equipment, service, and toner come together in one predictable program, instead of a separate bill for every piece.

Managed print

With managed print, the Lexmark and other machines on your fleet stay on the meter. We count the pages and include the toner, so your office isn't reordering those cartridges on its own.
